So it’s finally October and we are back in the swing of things with school, kids, and sports.
And what comes with our routine is people making that last ditch effort to lose some body fat going into the winter holiday season (yes, it’s almost here!!)
So what are the keys to guide you during your fat-loss journey?
From my perspective, it’s ONE word…CONSISTENCY.
So why am I writing about this?
One of the killers of consistency is pain and injury (we see this ALL the time).
So what happens?
You are ALL IN on that goal to drop 10 pounds.
You start your workout routine and it’s going awesome. You are building momentum and then you notice your low back start to ache.
You ignore it for a few weeks until one day, BOOM!
It gets so bad that you can’t work out the way you need.
Side note: We had a guy come in last night who said, “I was having pain for a few weeks but just kept waiting for it to go away and it hasn’t.”
Now the problem is simply that you can no longer due to the pain. And your fat loss goals go out the window.
