I woke up one morning feeling a little twinge in my back. Thinking nothing of it, I continued with my morning routing figuring the tightness would go away once I got moving.
The only problem was, as I moved more, the pain got worse.
Before I knew it, I could not sit upright and it was excruciating to take a deep breath.
I called Dr. Justin to see if he could help. He told me to come on over and he would take a look.
The only problem was that I could not sit in the car and drive myself because the pain was just too intense.
I ended up laying in the backseat of the car while my wife drove me over to see Dr. Justin.
After evaluating me, Dr. Justin started working on my neck, middle back, and lower back in order to decrease the pain I was feeling. He even coached me on proper breathing, which once I did properly, no longer hurt.
I left feeling much better but Dr. Justin warned that if I sat for too long when I got home, it would probably tighten back up. I left with a clear set of instructions on what to do and what not to do. He also told me that even if I felt great immediately, something so little as poor posture may throw me back into severe spasm.
Within three days and two treatments, I am almost 100% pain-free. I can not thank Dr. Justin enough for helping me feel this way so quickly. When this first happened I was truly scared because the pain was so intense.
I can not recommend Dr. Justin and Strive2Move highly enough. He takes the time to listen and to treat. He also teaches you how to take care of yourself. Don’t wait until you have pain like I did. As Dr. Justin would say, address the problem before it become a ‘really big’ problem.
