I have dealt with shoulder and hip pain for years.
When I went to the Orthopedist, he pretty much told me that I could have surgery on my shoulder or just deal with it. I chose to deal with.
 
I love to do CrossFit, snowboard, mountain bike, and basically do anything that is physical so ‘dealing’ with shoulder pain has been a pretty frustrating process.
 
What was interesting when I started working with Dr. Justin was that he looked at places other than just my shoulder in order really ‘solve’ the issue. Now my shoulder feels great. To make a long story short, I feel awesome right now and I so glad I sought out Dr. Justin for help!

I originally hurt my shoulder in August, but like most people, I ignored the pain and continued to work out as best I could.
 
Initially, I figured I should just take a few weeks off and ‘rest’ which would make my arm feel better. The problem was that once I returned to CrossFit, my shoulder hurt just as bad.
 
Actually, it was worse than before.
 
Finally, I was frustrated enough and had Dr. Justin evaluate my shoulder.
 
He told me that we could certainly get out of pain, but that the key was to KEEP me out of pain.
 
He ENCOURAGED me to continue to exercise but made sure we could modify the exercise appropriately so I could still workout.
 
I am now back to CrossFit with no pain and the knowledge to keep me that way!
 
I can not recommend Dr. Justin highly enough and would encourage anyone with pain to seek him out treatment!
