A Personal Message from the Owner of Strive2Move Justin Rabinowitz,

If you are suffering from knee pain that is keeping you from working out or playing tennis, this report is for you.

Knee pain often starts as just a slight ache or pain that we all just hope will go away. Soon enough, our friends notice we are limping, and getting up and down the steps is hard and painful work!

You need to get to the root cause of your pain and figure out exactly what got you to this point!

Does this sound like you?

  • Your knee started as a slight ache and steadily got worse over time.
  • Straightening your knee all the way is very painful.
  • When you stand up from sitting, you limp a few steps before ‘catching’ yourself.

If you answered yes to any of these, please download this report now!
If you would like to talk to us immediately, please call (908)547-0729.

Sincerely,
Dr. Justin Rabinowitz

I have suffered with ankle, arch, and knee issues for many years with little reprieve. When these old pains began to resurface, Dr. Justin took time to listen, understand, and reflect before beginning my program and “rehab” on the road to recovery.

He never once asked me to stop working out. He always made me feel heard, appreciated, and would often send me away with homework so I could work on my rehabilitation even without him.

Altering my movements and getting “back to basics” when it came to my lifts, the way I stand, and how I think changed my life. I felt my pain subside all while noticing an increase in my strength and form.

During “rehab” I hit a major PR (Personal Record) on my deadlift! That is totally unheard of! There were even times throughout my recovery period that he has emailed me to see how I was feeling.

As a runner at the high school and now collegiate level, I am constantly pushing my body to limit with my training. Because of that, I always make sure I have people ‘in my corner’ to guide me and make sure my body stays in the best shape possible.

One of the key people on my ‘team’ is Dr. Justin. There were many weeks when I wasn’t sure how I was going to get to my next race because I was so beat up, especially with knee pain that just wouldn’t go away but Dr. Justin always seemed to have to right approach that helped.

I can’t think of anyone else I would rather have as my go-to for my injuries than Dr. Justin and I can not recommend him highly enough.
