RE: Ingredients in Protein Powder

I got a ton of responses from my last email regarding protein and which to choose…

And while I have a brand that we carry at S2M, I’d rather TEACH you what to look for rather than tell what brand to get.

One of the major factors I look at is the other ingredients besides protein.

Above you will see the ‘other’ ingredients besides the actually protein. Really, it’s just 5 ingredients.

As you can see, this is screen shot of a very popular brand you will find in most stores. You can see how many EXTRA ingredients are in this.

And so as you start to look at what’s best, this is one of the first things I would look at.

Choose wisely!
