Since I published the Sunday blog post, I have had so many people emailing me with specific questions regarding the program.
And as of this blog post, we only have 2 spots left when we launch in January.

To recap, here is what we are offering:
1-1 Nutrition Coaching– You may or may not be hitting the gym 2-5 days a week and STILL not getting results and the reason is clear.
Nutrition and diet make up 80% of your weight loss goals and whatever plan you are following simply isn’t right for you.
And that’s why we are offering a 1-1 customized plan.
Below are a few of the questions we have had:
Q: How will you measure progress? Will you use a scale or body comp?
This is a great question. And we are going to take a unique approach (if you know S2M, you probably could have guessed that) as we don’t have one set method.
It’s going to depend on your goals, specifically. We realize that most people simply want to lose body fat and that’s a great goal. But, we also realize that if we can change habits over the long haul, we will actually get sustained results.
Q: Why do we have to apply?
This is more for us than for you. We realize that if you are looking for a 21 day quick fat loss, we probably won’t be the best option for you. We know that if we can have you drastically drop body fat that quickly, the likelihood is that it will come back on just as quickly. Just like how we offer treatment, we understand S2M isn’t the easiest way to get out of pain (pills, injections take less effort on your part) but we know that it’s a long-term solution where you can get sustained results.
Q: Are you really only taking on 5 clients?
Initially, yes. It’s a new program for S2M and we want to be able to offer it in a way that you get real value from it.
Q: How much will it cost?
Most of that will depend on what you need. I can say that I have gone to a nutritionist and spent thousands but I know ours won’t cost that much. Think a few hundred, not a few thousand.
If I could say one thing about cost: From my experience with my own nutrition, the long term cost of eating healthy is much more affordable than not. Think about how many $14 sandwiches and $6 Lattes you buy right now. Think about how much it costs to eat out most meals. I’m not saying you can’t do some of this, but part of our job is to make you more aware of what you are eating and the ‘value’ of it.
