Resolutions Vs Solutions

Happy New Year S2M family!

Hope your holidays were fun and festive and that spirit continues through 2019 for us all.

That being said, I am sure many of you have made resolutions…to lose weight, eat healthier, join that gym, be a better friend, spend less money, call your mom more…you know where I am coming from.

But how about this? Instead of making resolutions do to all of these things (and the statistics about failed resolution attempts are crazy), we just try to find the SOLUTIONS that are best for us. In other words, if we find that one way of doing something isn’t right for us – the diet, the class at the gym, the budget, whatever – we can just move on to the next way and find what is. It’s just about what works for us individually. No pressure, fear of failure, or even commitment, just keeping it real and moving forward and not looking back. Simple, peaceful terms and solutions tailored for yourself.

So here’s to JanYOUary and finding what works to start the New Year off right!

As always, if Strive2Move could be a solution to a problem you or someone you know are having, please reach out to us! We are happy to help!
