If you have been to our office over the past month, you have met Jeremy. Jeremy is a movement and rehab expert and we can’t wait for the new year when he can start treating patients at Strive2Move and adding another set of eyes and hands to our patients.
One thing you may not know about Jeremy is that he is also a nutrition expert. He has already taught me a TON about nutrition and calculating macronutrients.
But more than that, he truly understands what is important for anyone on a weight or health journey.

It’s easy to drop weight quickly…It’s hard to do it long term.
