{VIDEO} A VERY Personal Story I Wanted to Share

The best part of doing what I do is that I get to meet all of the cool people that come to Strive2Move.

Everyone has a story, and this one hits really close to home.

Today I wanted to share with you a story about Joe McHale. If that last name sounds familiar, it’s because Joe is Lauren’s son. You all know Lauren, who works with us at Strive2Move.

Joe is lacrosse player at Providence College and was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. But that’s just where the story begins…

Truthfully, I’d rather let this video below tell the story since they do an amazing job.

This video was featured yesterday at Senior Day for Providence Lacrosse and will also be featured on the Big East Network as Joe organized a Diabetes Awareness Fundraiser as part of his Senior Day.

Joe had a goal to raise $5,000 for the game and as of me writing this email he has far surpassed that goal getting to $8,000.

But, we would still like to do more. Below is a link to Joe’s page. Every dollar takes us one step closer to finding a cure.

I hope you enjoyed the story and I would love your help.
