Simple is genius.
I hate when patients leave a doctor’s office and they are more confused then when they came in.
It can happen for a lot of reasons, but confusion is never a good place to be.
When it comes to rehab exercise, I have a very simple philosophy when they aren’t working.
There are only 4 reasons:
1) I have prescribed the wrong exercise
2) The patient is doing the exercise wrong
3) The patient isn’t doing the exercise enough
4) We haven’t given it enough time to work
This is it.
It’s very basic.
So remember, keep it simple.
Don’t allow confusion.
If you are confused by what someone has told you OR by what you have read or watched on the internet, please just reply to this blog and let me know!
